Meeting Room Reservation Procedure

Dear All,

Please be informed that all meeting rooms must be booked. Kindly fill in the form and submit.

A confirmation of the meeting room reservation will be provided. After confirmation, please come and collect the keys. Keys will only be provided to those with a successful booking. Please adhere to these procedures, Effective 1st July 2024

Usage Guidelines:

1) Ensure the meeting room is left clean and organized.

2) Return all equipment to its original place.

3 )Do not leave personal belongings behind.

4) Roll and store all wires neatly.

Key Responsibility:

1) Late Return Penalty: Those who return the key late will be charged a penalty of RM5.

2) Lost Key Penalty: Those who lose the key will be charged a penalty of RM50.

We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to maintain the meeting rooms in good condition for everyone's use.
